    Hi,

that's the only information I can give and SetupBuilder can't do anything here. In your case the CreateFileA Windows API failed (returned an invalid handle) and GetLastError returned "2". There is absolutely nothing we can do here. Is this on one specific machine?

I am sorry, but that's the only information available. There is nothing to "fix" here from the SetupBuilder point-of-view.

Covid-19 hit our office hard, I am sorry. Office is still closed.

Still, no reply received after waiting nearly 10 days. And "no", there is nothing from SB/Lsoft in my spam folder.

Not really. That's why I sent a follow up email on June 16th. To date I've never gotten a response to that message of the 16th.

Here is a copy of the content of the message that I sent on June 9, which went unanswered.

This snapshot is of a "form recovery utility" which saves user input to online web forms.

The second message was sent via the same online "contact us" form on June 14, which was only responded today after I posted my forum inquiry.

Quick info: it's holiday here today and our office reopens on Monday. But you can send your question to my e-mail address and I'll try to help.

You can also post your question(s) here on this thread or open a new one.

    Hi,

of course, SetupBuilder is still supported and we are working hard on the soon coming SetupBuilder 2022. Where do you see open (not answered) support threads here?

But we did not receive any message from "instrumentally" via our contact form. Did you click the "Send Message" button and did you see a "submitted" message? BTW, you can always contact us via support [at] lindersoft [dot] com and you even have my direct e-mail contact from previous support requests.

SetupBuilder no longer supported? (of course, it is !!!)

Over the last 2 weeks, I have submitted 2 support requests via the "Contact us" form at http://www.lindersoft.com/company_contactus.htm To date, I have not received a single reply from anyone. Also, in looking at these forums, it appears that users are not getting any responses from the host/moderator. One gets the impression that Setupbuilder is no longer being supported by Lindersoft.
