Test should not FTP Upload

Hi,

Can I request that when pressing the TEST button, that it does not prompt to
fire the FTP upload. When testing, you wouldn't be uploading a test
version to the FTP server.

I'm testing something and everytime I test it, I have to press NO. When I
do that, the actual thing I am testing goes out of focus.

So I ended up removing all FTP stuff just to test, test, and then have to
put it back.

I think an actual build or run can, but not a test. :-)
