FEATURE : General Settings: add "Remove Installer after Successful Installation" option to the Advanced tab
IMPROVEMENT: Replace internal function to detect locked files
IMPROVEMENT: Set Variable: add "Round" operation to convert a decimal value to a rounded value
FIX : Live Application Updating Visual Designer: information entered for Filename and Password got transposed on the summary grid
FIX : Debugger could not handle the "Load DLL" script item
FIX : Run Program: even though a default directory was specified, the installer did not use the directory when launching the program
CHANGE : Minor "Uninstall.sbi" include script modifications

CHANGE : Web installer is more responsive to Windows events
CHANGE : Web installer does support Internet Explorer (IE) Open and Run. IE will show a File Download dialog. To install immediately, the user can choose Open (or Run)
