Help | Get Microsoft SignTool (SSL version)

Microsoft switched their websites to SSL in all regions now. The old "Get
Microsoft Signtool" option (HTTP) from within the SetupBuilder IDE failed.

I have updated the tool to a new SSL version (HTTPS) now.
