Competitive Upgrade from InstallShield 11.5?

Dear Sir/Madam,

InstallShield 11.5 is possibly the MOST buggy piece of software this year. This is a support nightmare for us. Is there a competitive Upgrade from InstallShield 11.5 to your SetupBuilder 5 Developer Edition available?
