Compare setup CSV files

Hi all,

I'm building a new install and it's bigger than the previous build -
more difference than I expected. So I'm trying to figure out where the
difference lies.

The CSV files list all the files but does anyone know of any tool that
can be easily used to compare it with an older CSV side by side? Beyond
Compare does to a point, but there doesn't seem to be any way to
re-order the data (not really expected from a compare program!) I could
load it in Excel, but it's difficult to see things side by side.

Another thing: I include one file to be installed in two places, i.e.
two different destinations. But that doesn't mean two copies of the
file are included in the install, does it?
