What OS are they on?
The license in your installer is displayed via the RTF control. Seems like
they may not have the version(s) SB is expecting (or its broke).

Maybe trying to view an RTF done with Word 2007? I never had success with
it. WordPad had far better results.

THis isntallation EXE has been used about 3,000 times. This is the first
occurance.
Must be something that mark suggested.

Mike,
The user has a "corrupt" Windows installation. The core Windows RTF control
is not available (cannot be loaded) or is damaged.
