Manifest file not found error after securing our website

Everything was just fine.. then we updated our website with a .htaccess
file changing our website into a secure website with ssl. Evidently our
website comes standard with ssl, but we had to create an .htaccess file
to make it work.

Anyway, we just discovered nobody can download our update. Anyone know
how to fix this? We renamed our .htaccess file to something else
temporarily... and that fixed it, but we have to make our site ssl work
soon according to the powers that be (Google).
