network error 5060

I have one customer that this is happening to on all of his computers. I
updated several customers with web update today and no problems. Tried
it on my computer and no problems. Any hints as to what his system might
be doing to stop this update. I reinstalled the program and still no
joy. Ended up making a current complete version (one version back
actually) and installed on all of his computers.. and still update
doesn't work.
