Free SB4 to SB5 upgrade or are there hidden costs?

Our company bought an installation product from your competitor for $1399 and now they have a 10.5 version available. Needless to say, we have to pay another $699 for this upgrade :(

Enough is enough. We would like to switch to Setupbuilder 5. Is the upgrade from Setupbuilder 4 to version 5 really free or are there any hidden costs? Please let me know ASAP.
