Online Registration

I'm using SB 6.7.2219. The documentation (In SBuilder.pdf under "Key Features in Setup Builder 6") says the following:

"Online Registration Support (Developer Edition)
SetupBuilder 6 Developer allows the user to register your program after the installation has been completed successfully. The installer will do a HTTP POST operation to pass data to the web server. A CGI program on your
server can then retrieve the data."

I can find nothing anywhere in the documentation pdf file that tells HOW to do this. Any suggestions?
