    I've checked the firewall and opened it for sb10.exe.

    The machine only has MS Defender on it as it's really just for
    development and distribution.

    error 0 means that your server did not return any error code, but the
    connection failed.

    SB has no settings for ftp TLS/SSL. What is it trying?

    The error 0 is immediate - there appears to be no timeout.

    How about using a zip tool to create a .CAB file and then signing
    _that_
    That would ensure the integrity of the distribution, with the recipient
    just having to unzip before use....
