Mike,
I have attached a "quick and dirty" 3264BIT.sb6 demo project. The "hybrid" installer runs in 64-bit mode on x64 machines. It installs Image1.bmp into the (32-bit) c:\program files(x86) and...
Mike,
Good question. I have to check this with our development...
Hello,
Would it be possible for you to send us a small project (.sb6) to demosntrate which "quotes" you mean. There is no quote in %_SB_INSTALLDIR%.
Thanks,
This is a very good question. I have forwarded this to our development and get back to you. I have an idea how this can be done but have to check this...
I'll let you know ASAP.
Hello,
I think the "Read Proxy Server Info File..." function can be used to read the proxy information. But your question is how to write the proxy information (into an INI file), correct?

Hello,
If you are interested, please send your project (.sb6) to support@lindersoft.com and we'll make the appropriate modifications in your script for you.
Ty,
I'll forward your message to our development.
What you can do is the following:
1) Select the Text and Messages Visualizer
2) Add a new text resource, e.g. MY_CHECKBOXTEXT1, and define...
:)
I see that there is no icon set for Internet Shortcuts. I have forwarded your message to our development.
Hello,
I see the search field in my Script Editor (see screenshot). Is this entry field hidden on your machine?
Yes, the same is true for all Windows APIs. Sometimes 0 means success and sometimes 0 means failure.
The value returned by %_SB_ERRORCODE% depends on involved Windows APIs.
Hope this helps.
Hello,
Just checked this with the latest build here and it always returns the full pathname.
Do you have a small example script?
Perfect :) You are welcome!
David,
I think it's an incorrect setting, not a bug.
Check if your default project path exists. Tools | Options... | File Locations -> Project Location
Does this help?
Hello,
Not sure if this can be done. I'll have to check this.
By the way, quite a few companies do not allow FTP access, and the ports on the firewall defined for FTP are blocked. Many proxy server do not allow FTP traffic. In other words, downloads via FTP...
Yes, because Internet Explorer uses FTP to download from a ftp:// server ;-)
http:// specifies a HTTP server, ftp:// specifies a FTP server. FTP and HTTP are completely different protocols! But...
Mike,
What you do is you try to download from a FTP server. Your FTP server does not support HTTP ;-)
The function is called "Download File (HTTP)..." and requires a standard HTTP web server....
pradeep,
The following should help:

Doug,
If it does not work, just let us know and I am sure we can find a solution.
BTW, I would suggest to not use in the CPS option! Use "In the File" instead.
Doug,
The "#code-sign aplication" directive lets you code-sign your application file(s) - DLLs, EXEs, etc. The Project Settings -Digital Signatures Tab gives you control over the code-sign for...
Doug,
What about using the new "Releases" feature?
If this does not help, perhaps you can send a small demo script to support at lindersoft dot com and we'll see what we can do.
Thanks,
Michael,
To 1.)
I'll forward it to the development team. The translators (native speakers) did not report any problem, but we'll check it.
To 2.)

By the way, I fear you have it completely wrong in your script.
You should never ever use something like the following (only if the user really should not change the target folder):
