We decided to not make the new "point and click" runtime include scripts
part of this SetupBuilder 5.4 version.

The new compiler enhancement (Developer Edition) to convert Windows
Installer Merge Modules (.msm) into native .msi runtime installation
packages for SetupBuilder 5 works fine, but we still have a problem
with "configurable" merge modules. In this case, we can only compile
the full merge module into a .msi runtime package, but we cannot
enable/disable specific features.

We'll make the following runtime packages available ASAP:

* SQL Server 2005 Express redistribution
* .NET Framework 2.0 redistribution
* Visual C++ 2005 Runtime redistribution
* Windows Installer 3.1 (v2) redistribution
* Windows Installer 2.0 redistribution
* SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine redistribution
* Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8 SP1 redistribution
* SqlXml 3.0 Service Pack 3 (SP3) redistribution
* Visual J# 2.0 redistribution
* Crystal Reports Xi SP1
* More to come...
