Default Date and time are wrong

When looking at setup.exe in the release folder, The MS Windows date and
    time are correct.
When I mouse over, the bubble has the correct file version but the date and
    time are ages back!
How do I get it correct?

Refresh your Explorer. This is a Windows thing.

    Perhaps I was not clear.
Refresh does not seem to make any difference.
The Explorer date and time are correct.
It is the Date Created that shows in the bubble that is incorrect.
    See attached.

Yes, I understand. Explorer displays the creation date here (not the
last modified date). Right click that file and see "Created" property.
It should have the same date/time stamp.

    Does this help?

BTW, just to make it clear. This is not a SetupBuilder 5 issue <g>.
It happens with all files. See your own development applications,
    documents, etc.
