Error on a test install

Doing a test install of my on a machine I get the attached error. It has
only occurred on this one particular machine. Any idea why.

Further, the file metalpanel.gif is not a file in the install.

Seems to be trying to find "01-metalpanel.gif"

It was in the install.app. Removed the file, recompiled, and same message
on the next gif file. I wonder if it is the permissions - using winxp pro
on that machine.

Error# -200 means the CreateFile Windows API returned an
INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE error.

Thanks Friedrich,

This occurs on this one machine only - so there must be something corrupted
in Win XP. Will do a system file check and that don't work will reinstall
windows.
