WebSetup feature

Hi,
We are a Software development company and are interested in testing SetupBuilder’s “WebSetup” feature for our installation procedure. We have downloaded a trial version -4 and haven’t been able to test this feature. I am assuming the feature is related to the “Web Install” tab in the “Installer properties” dialog, which is grayed out. Could you kindly advice how we could test this feature.
