FTP Error 0 - further

This is an addition to my last post.

I watched the ftp site while SB was sending the file. The t_m_p file gets created, but instead of getting renamed, it gets deleted.

I created a new setup file project everything is the same except for the project file name and the executable name.
This works fine.

As we say in NJ, Go figure!

Is this any help?

According to the check-for-updates button, I do have the most recent available version. 7.1.2860
I would not have written unless I had checked that first.
I sent an email for access to those builds, thanks much!
I haven't deleted the problem project so I will test it as soon as I get the update.
