Default Version 4.03 and Windows 2000

    [Wednesday, January 26, 2005 8:58 PM]

I have a customer who says his WIN 2000 hangs on an install after he selects
    a folder for the install.

I am verifying the archive before installing.

The same download works fine for XP and he has tried two downloads.

My Windows 2000 Configuration Details shows"All Versions".

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Lynn,

This is not a Windows 2000 problem. One of his applications is blocking DDE
commands. What you can do is to disable the "Select Program Folders"
    dialog.

BTW, SB5 does not use DDE any longer.
