Static Scan adding duplicate entries

Hi Friedrich
Just reporting a minor annoyance - if you do a static scan of an exe file,
sometimes a required dll file is added twice. I think this happens if you
have C:\CLARION6\BIN on one computer, and you update the setup file on a
computer where the c:\clarion\bin folder name is in lowercase ...
