The drive exists, but there is no disk in it if that makes sense. I.e. the
F: drive exists and shows up in Explorer but since there is no card in it,
it seems to trigger this error. My guess is that this will only happen on
card reader drives. If I click on this drive in Total Commander it tells me
"Drive not found" The drive type in TC is shown as "Removable Disk"
