Thread: Dialog Result

    Default Dialog Result

    Hello Friedrich,

on the attached screenshot you can see the resut dialog:

    screenshot_SB7_overview.jpg

Is it possible to get the "Required DiskSpace" at the very end?

And I seem to have missed the description line for the data-folder somehow.

The dialogs in SB with all their # and % and capital letters are so
intimidating! And I do not know which entry can be overwritten with my own
stuff without endangering the entire script.

Regards - and with a deeply felt excuse,
    Caspar Milquetoast ;-)

    Wolfgang,

The runtime variable %_SB_DISKSPACEREQ% holds the required disk space.

See "Ready to Install Dialog.sb7" project. I think you only forgot the
    description line for the data-folder.

BTW, there is no # involved here! #THIS_IS_A_TEXT_RESOURCE# specifies a
text resource. For example, if you have to support different languages,
then the text behind such a text resource is always in the specific native
    language.

    Does this help?

    Wolfgang,

I have developed a very "quick and dirty" demo for you (see attached project
    and screenshot).

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks for your efforts, Friedrich!

When I run it, it does not display the altered paths in the result dialog.

    I will retry tomorrow.

Time for Chanel #5 now... ;-)
