    Default Bug in .NET Pre-Requisiite

    Set up a script with a pre-requisite for .NET v4.
    Ran it on a machine with only v2.0 & 3.0 installed.
    Got the attached message... obviously 'unhelpful'...

    Basic script and exe attached, fyi.
    Assembled in SB7 v7.2.2943 (2010 issue)
