    Default Cannot locate protected program data

    All of a sudden when I run my application I am getting the message "Cannot
    locate protected program data".

    This coincides with downloading the latest SB but do not see why it should
    have affected anything on my development machine.

    Does anyone know where this message is coming from and what could be causing
    it?
