I have EZChangelog from Charles Edmonds.

My problem is, that I have to think of using it..... but once I remember it,
its easy to use! Worth a try.

What I am looking for is a tool with that I can document the tiny steps of
everyday work, like documenting the purpose of each field, or why / how I do
this or use that function. I am sure it will take some moments to remember if I
look into old source in 12 months from now. A searchable doument with
structured Date / Time / Author / Purpose / Description / Whatever might be
helpful then.

I would write it by myself, but I am too busy to produce the mess I want to document.....
