Not a code-signing problem at all. It's how Windows is supposed to work
(security feature).

Try to enable the "Include all network paths (UNCs)" setting in Internet
Options applet.

1. Click Start, Run and type INETCPL.CPL
2. Select the Security tab, Local intranet
3. Click Sites button
4. Mark the "Include all network paths (UNCs)" option

An alternative method is to add the IP or the FQDN of the network computer
to the Local Intranet or Trusted sites zone in Internet Explorer.
