It was February 7th both under Win98 and WinXP.

I tried the update under WinXP - NO PROBLEM. ;-)
The resultant WUPDATE.EXE under XP is now dated February 25th.
I copied this newer WUPDATE.EXE to Win98, and tried the SB5 update which
again fails with the same message as before.;-(

After running the SB5 update under XP there is a dialog asking if I want to
update existing scripts.
When I click OK I am prompted for a password. What is required? The password
you sent me for the main install does not qualify.

Re: WUPDATE.EXE - this problem seems to exist only on Win98.

It asked for a password because you have defined one <g>
