Bug: Folder creation in Feature

Using 1063. This may be a display only thing as I haven't tested its runtime
behavior. Creating a folder within a Feature in Files and Folders shows all
references to that folder as root relative. This can be demonstrated using
Features Demo.sb5. I added two folder folders and SB creates a script lines
as follows:
::Create Folder \%test folder% (Test Feature 2)
::Create Folder \bubba (Test Feature 2)
It does the same with Install File. From my own script:
Install File "..." to \%DATABASE PATH%\filename...
