SB81 Tips and Tricks: Windows 8.1 and Major/Minor Version Numbers

Quite a few developers make use of the "Get System Info(Windows Major
Version)" and "Get System Info(Windows Minor Version)" functions to
determine the version of the Windows operating system that is currently
running.

Please note that "non-Win81-aware" applications return 6.2 (Major.Minor) on
Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2. But 6.2 is the operating system
version for Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012.

Only "Win81-aware" applications return the correct 6.3 (Major.Minor) on
Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2.

So if you are using an old SetupBuilder version (SetupBuilder prior to V8.1)
please be advised that you can not detect Windows 8.1.
