    Exclamation Uninstall Include Script

    Setupbuilder Prof. Version: 7.2.2978
I need to remove files & folders that have been created by my application and not in SB setup, on a Uninstall.
The help file points me to: New -> Uninstall Include Script
I get a Include Script but NOT a Include Uninstall option.
    Can you help?

    Kind regards
    Adrian

    Adrian,

Not exactly sure what "I get a Include Script but NOT a Include Uninstall option" means.

    Please see attached screenshots:

    1. New Project... | Uninstall Include Script... -> This will create your custom uninstall include script. Save the .sbi file.

    2. New Project... | Empty Project... -> This will create your main install .sb8 project file.

    3. Use the "#include script..." compiler directive to add your uninstall include script to your main project file. That's it

    Does this help?

Sorry, missed this one: "Setupbuilder Prof. Version: 7.2.2978"

The custom uninstall option is an exclusive Develop Edition feature and not part of Professional Edition.

    Hi Friedrich,

Many thanks for your quick response.

Looks like a upgrade is in order.

Will have a chat with my customer who will fund the upgrade.

Am I correct in saying that upgrade cost from my current version to Developer + 1 year maintenance & upgrades will be $249 ?

    Kind regards

    Adrian

    Adrian,

Yes, this is correct. The $249 includes the upgrade from Professional to Developer Edition and a full year of maintenance and support (all updates free-of-charge).
