Code Signing problem, build 4466

Getting a code signing failure since updating to 8.1.4466 earlier this afternoon, saying the .exe cannot be found. Thinking I was just not seeing something, I ran it with SB 7 and all is well. Any advice?

Perhaps your anti-virus or anti-spyware received a buggy definition update?

Nothing changed in 8.1.4466 code-signing wise.

Did you happen to move to a Windows 8 workstation and your files reside on a network drive? I get this error when trying to code sign files that are stored on a network drive after moving to Windows 8 workstation. I have since moved my project folder locally as a work around.
