Installtion run error: not compatible with version of Windows
Using SB 8.5.4754.0
A customer is trying to install one of my systems and has received a Window's error dialog saying that:
the program being run is not compatible with his version of Windows. Check computer system to see if you need an X86 or x64 version of the program.
He says he has Win7 x64 SP1. He is also running Norton but supposedly but in an exception for it.
Other customs have not had this problem and I tested it without issue.
Since I have never seen this message I would like to start here for a possible solution.
