New code signing certificate - no private key file

I can find no way to get my private key, the export option in IE is grayed out for .pfx file.

It has been a day long hassle getting this far and now I can't use it.

Any help or advice would be welcome. I'm about ready to cancel the order.

Dave,

Did you request the certificate from Comodo, VeriSign, Thawte, etc.? Unfortunately, I don't know what you did wrong (perhaps one of your security settings). But it has nothing to do with the WebTrust agency per-se.

Here is how it works with Comodo (if you requested a certificate from Comodo).
