I think there was a new way to put in the signing in bulk.. I'll try and
find it, but first I need to create (I think) the .pvk and .spc files
and can't remember how to make them from the .pfx file... do you know?

Ok, I found this:

it's tricky.. I don't know if it works yet, but it created my pvk, pem,
and .spc files. I downloaded openSSL win32 v1.10f. and followed the
instructions. I'm sure there is an easier way. I'll post here if the
code signing now works.

In setupbuilder go to Tools, Options, Code-Signing Tab. I'm not sure if
that will overwrite the previous ... maybe if you use the bottom radio
buttons and select Globabl Sha1 and 2.
