    Default [1] Starter Loader Error

We are getting [1] Starter Loader Error .
    What would cause this error?

    Thanks

The installer tried to unpack service files into the temporary folder. This
action failed. If this is a valid setup.exe (not modified, hacked,
incomplete or virus infected, etc.), then it might be caused by a bug in the
    protection software (false-positive).

Make sure it's not an incomplete setup (upload or update transmission
error). You can check the code-signature.

    Does this help?

    Thanks Friedrich:

We resolved the [1] Starter Loader Error by Installing the latest SetupBuilder update.

Now we are getting a Compiler warning GEN1061 that stop the entire process.
We have to go into Task Manager and do an END TASK on SignTool.exe

    Thanks in advance.

If the newer SB version "fixed" it then it was caused by a bug in your
    protection software (heuristic scanning).

To solve your 2nd issue, try to add the Microsoft SignTool.exe to your
protection software's exclusion list. I think there are some issues with
your anti-virus or anti-spyware (real-time monitoring). These issues are
typical false-positive bugs. And are you using SignTool 10.0.10240.16384?

BTW, and make sure your environment is set up correctly:

Password, timestamp servers, certificate still valid, etc.
