Default FTP not working after Windows update

I KNOW this is not a SetupBuilder problem, but my experience tells me it
is more likely that I can get some help here than from Microsoft.
My last successfull upload was February 18. Then the Windows Creator
update 1709 was installed and I can no longer access FTP.
Setupbuilder fails with error 0. Earlier this ment I had to turn on
PASV-mode, but not this time. Customers are waiting for updates and I
    fail to deliver.

Anyone else had this problem and can help me out here?

    TIA

    Must be my ISP.
I reverted to previous version, but it didn't help.
Also, I can access some anynomous ftp, but cannot ping or ftp my own web
    server.

    Hi Bjarne,

I am afraid I have no idea. We have the latest Windows versions and patch
updates and it's (still) working fine.

The problem is that WiniNet reports an error (the upload failed) but the
server response is 0. So there is no error code available.

If you can give me test access to this FTP, I'll try to add some breakpoints
to see what the problem might be.
