    Default appName.wud question

I have a SetupBuilder script that I copied and renamed to use with
another app installation. After editing the script, everything seems ok
except the installation installs ORIGINALAPP.wud instead of
CURRENTAPP.wud. I have searched the script and can't find where to
    correct this problem.

    Where should I be looking?

    TIA,

    Bob

What is a WUD file? If it's something you include, then it would be in
the file list. Do you have include scripts that may handle some files?

    Best regards,

Is this something created by SB? I've been using web update in SB for
over a decade and this is not ringing any bells. Don't have access to
that VM here so I can't check.

    Hi Arnor,

    Just Google

    WUD site:lindersoft.com

and you'll get several hits - seems to be an old file extension though.
So maybe you only see it using older versions of SB

Hmm... Don't think I've ever come across this file. I started using
the web update back in 2004 or 2005, but maybe this is a file that only
gets attention if there is a problem, which happens very rarely with SB!
The only files I have related to the webupdate on my server are the
    <program>.0*, <program>.exe and <program>.ini files.

    Best regards,

Oh, I see, it's the manifest file! OK, I have always used .ini for
that. I believe that's what was used when I started using it and I kept
using that. Thanks for the clarification!

    Hey Bob,

I just saw this, you should have called me!!!

I've been using WUD's. The IS BK app has been yearly "Web Updated" for
about 4 years now. Russ Eggen turned me on to them.

BTW, Ana and SG want to know when we are doing lunch?

We will even let you buy!

    Say "Hi" to Fujie.
