Code Signing time again

The Comodo code signing certificate is expiring end of this month. I
always dread going thru this.

I followed Jane's instructions the last time and got my cert the same
day so dig into the forum and find her instructions.

The one thing I made sure of was that the privacy was turned off for
developerplus.com and that the associated phone and email address were
functional. DeveloperPlus is my dba so it's the one that got reset.

Once I had the cert I set the domain back to private and now I'm good
to go until January 2021. The one oddity is that the cert is for
DEVELOPERPLUS CORP since D&B still had me listed as a corporation
which was dissolved in 2006 but I damn sure wasn't going to pay for
another cert just because Comodo got it wrong!!!!!
