Thread: Enable Web Update

  1. #1

    Default Enable Web Update

Now there is a check for install web update client and one with ssl.
Which do I pick? or Both? I'm not even sure what the ssl is for as
pertaining to the web update client.

    Thanks,

If your web site is "HTTP" (Port 80) then use the Non-SSL client. If your
web site is HTTPS (Port 443) then use the client with SSL support.

So after talking to my biz partner who does the web, he said that when
he turned the web into https, then our program couldn't update... now it
    all makes sense.

    Thanks.

If you have to support HTTPS, please wait one more day. We'll make a new
    build available tomorrow.
