    FYI.

Well, I resorted to chat with Sectigo, and was told to open a support
ticket with Sales. Naturally after the automatic response I received on
the 26th there has been no further feedback from them (in spite making
    a followup email request).

I don't see that I can do much but wait at the moment. If I find out
something you'll be the first to know.

I did get in touch with one of the Sectigo account reps, who woouldn't
help me 'cause I wanted to deal with you! 8-)

    [To re-iterate the problem:
Trying to order an Individual / Personal Code Signing Certificate...
The order process gives no way to avoid entering mandatory company
details. If you enter those details then they insist you provide
validation of that company. You cannot convert to Individual CSC from
    this point (I'm told).]

Well, I've been waiting 9 days since hearing that they're getting
right on my order replacement order<g>
