    Default Wildcard for Manifests

I can use wildcards for code signing such as *.EXE and *.DLL but I
cannot use *.EXE when manifesting files. Can that be added?

It's already supported in the new SetupBuilder 2022 (new installer style,
Windows 11 support, and support for most of the requested features).

The latest SB 2019 build is just a minor update to provide support for
Windows Server 2022 and Clarion 11.1 (all backported from the new
    SetupBuilder 2022).
