    Default Revisit FTP Error 0

So, I do an annual update to one of my software products. Last January
    the FTP function worked fine.

Same settings, same machine, now Error 0 again.
I actually gave up in 2015 and didn't even try FTP for a few years. I
think I started using it again late 2018-early 2020 because it was
working. Now it's not again !

I can use FileZilla and it works.
I compiled the Nettalk NetDemo app and it works.

    Any ideas?

It's on - Tried on and off.

SB has no settings for ftp TLS/SSL. What is it trying?

The error 0 is immediate - there appears to be no timeout.

    Paul,

error 0 means that your server did not return any error code, but the
    connection failed.

Nothing changed in the FTP feature. SetupBuilder is using the Windows
WinInet APIs to upload file(s) via FTP. Perhaps your firewall or one of
your last virus-definition updates block FTP from your SB environment?

I've checked the firewall and opened it for sb10.exe.

The machine only has MS Defender on it as it's really just for
    development and distribution.

I'll get a packet sniffer on it.

So, what are the rules on FTP profiles v FTP settings in the project?

The Project has the correct password, but it was sending the password
    from the FTP profile.
