    Default Registering Templates, Error 1

    Anyone have an idea what this is about?

    I'm getting close to tossing this spawn of Satan out into traffic and
    watching someone run it over.... MY WORKSTATION THAT IS!

    I cannot get ANY .TPL file to register even though they are installed.
