the problem is that the protection software seems to "block" write access to the SB10.LIC file (real-time scanning). Because clicking OK lets you continue, it tells us that the next try to open the file succeeds. I have added an automated "retry" (after 2 seconds) in the upcoming SetupBuilder 2022. Perhaps this can work around this Symantec issue. We'll send you an e-mail when SB2022 is available.
