Default Windows on ARM as target OS

    Hi,

Which target OS is the best to use in File Properties for EXEs?

One of our customers has just bought an ARM computer running Windows 11. After Installation, we're having to go into Properties, Compatibility, for each and every program to set the compatibility mode to Windows 11 in order to be able to run the programs. It's a big job.

Is there a setting in SB to do this during installation? The Target Operating System is already set to OS Independent for each EXE but that wasn't sufficient.

    Thanks,

    Wayne Freeman

    Wayne,

sorry, missed this thread. This is a good question. Windows 11 should handle this automatically behind-the-scenes. What kind of error does your customer get when running your app?

We also have a ARM64 machine running Windows 11 and all apps work fine without any problem (no compatibility setting modified).
