Works ok on Win2K server SP4 using DSL and Outpost Firewall.

But I also tried disconnecting DSL and running again. It would be
helpful to indicate to the user that if no Internet connection is
available that it will time out in 'x' seconds. I didn't actually
measure the time it took to time out, but the first time I tried it I
thought it might be stuck and hit cancel and then got a slew of
messages.
