Just writing a note to let you know of the success that we have with SetupBuilder 5.2. And say thanks to those who helped me decide to switch. We didn't know how inefficient we were with .msi based installations until we switched to SetupBuilder.

We were using the "industry leader in software installation and deployment solutions". But the software was giving many of our customers random errors, taking forever to install, and have been an on-going nightmare! The product didn't even install ITSELF correctly. It sucked beyond belief.

We switched to SetupBuilder 5.2 and our installation-related support calls disappeared after we released our new SetupBuilder installer. SetupBuilder 5 is the best installation software on the market. Plus, it's a joy to work with. Which is saying something when you're talking about a installation authoring application.
