Microsoft made the final release of the Windows Installer 4.5
Redistributable for Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, and
Windows Server 2008 available today.

We have already added support for MSI45 in SB6 and SB7. The next
SetupBuilder 6.8 maintenance build will support this brand new
redistributable.
