Static Scan duplicates Clarion dll files SB5 Build 1196 possibly clarion version chan

When i use the static scan, setupbuilder 5 duplicated the files which already exist in the list. The only thing i think that it could be is when i created the setup script i was using 6.1 and now i just did a setupbuilder update since 9046 and it duplicated the items. I do not know if it is related.
Further to assist you. I removed all the clarion files from the files section. then did a static scan and it added the missing files. I did it again to see if it will duplicate the second time, and it did not duplicate the files.
It only seems to be Clarion DLL files ... not my application files or data files.
So perhaps there is a flag that need to be reset or perhaps the challenge was with the script upgrade to 1196. I do not know.
