Thread: [PRODUCTVER] in SB7

  1. #1

    Default [PRODUCTVER] in SB7

I copied my SB6 script to SB7 dir and updated it

A small pb here on [PRODUCTVER] compiler variable I use for the version read from the main exe
in SB7 it does not read it with the same script

#get file info(File Version [Resource]) from "J:\dmc.exe" into [PRODUCTVER]

placed exactly same plce in script just after the include script Common Definitions.bi line

Do I need to do something else in SB7 to get this to work pls ?

I would suggest to test this with the SetupBuilder 7 (Gold) version. If it
does not work, we'll open a ticket.
